What makes your slate unique?
Our slate is unique because we have a variety of interests represented in our group from baseball to lacrosse to instruments. In addition, we are trying to make the school better while having fun and reaching our goals as a slate. Our ideas for making this possible are unique, and will help us bring the J-D community together.
What are some of your plans for the school year?
Our plans for the school year include a variety of fundraisers like working with restaurants, sports tournaments, and competitions. Also, we would work together as a slate to reach our goals of bringing the J-D community together, making sure everyone is heard, and bringing more awareness to students’ mental health and well-being.
Why should people vote for your slate?
People should vote for our slate because we will listen to the students of J-D. We care about each student, and their opinion and voice will be heard with us as your 2025 officers. Many of our slate members have experience in leadership positions through volunteer work and sports teams. If you vote for Slate 5 we will do our very best to make sure we help each and every student and to help the Class of 2025 succeed.
What will be your main goal as slate officers if you win?
If we win, our main goals will include bringing the J-D community and student body closer and forging a better connection between the staff and students at J-D. With this said, we will reach out to the student body for their opinions and ideas. All of these goals will be achieved through numerous activities mentioned before like fundraisers, dances, and other various ideas we have for students to have fun while still raising money. If you want the school to thrive, vote for Slate 5!
