The purpose of Drama Club is to get students engaged in acting and theater by choosing, planning, and performing a dramatic and/or comedic production each spring.
Improv and acting exercises are practiced during the year and planning out the spring Drama Show which is performed mid-May each year.
Our club is unique because we bring students from all grade levels together in a collaborative way to work with one another to successfully perform a play. We often have students in the same production with different theater experience levels, abilities, and skills. Drama Club strives to be a welcoming club where everyone can be their most authentic self and be accepted. We want to create a safe and creative environment where all students can push themselves to succeed in the arts!
